ABOUT NATALIA JAS

From a very young age, all I wanted to do was paint. My earliest memories are of holding a paintbrush-whether at nursery school or in the kitchen of my family home in Boleslawiec, Poland. At the age of six, my mother enrolled me in art school after noticing not just my imagination and early talent, but also the colourful evidence of my creativity on our walls. 

I continued to thrive in art throughout my school years, hosting exhibitions and winning local competitions. Art was always a form of self-expression and joy for me-never about the accolades, but about the way it made me feel: centered, fulfilled and alive.

At  19, after travelling the world, I moved to London and began working as an Aesthetic Practitioner in the medical field. It was there that my fascination with people deepened-how they look, act and carry themselves. This curiosity inspired my earlier works focused heavily on expressive faces, rendered in vibrant, bold colours. These paintings explored emotion and personality, often through a single gaze.

Now, my practice has evolved

In recent years, I have begun creating dimensiona, mixed-media artworks using resin and sculptural elements blending my love of colour, texture and story telling. My new pieces are bold and intricate-floral explosions, geometric backdrops and nature-inspired forms crafted from vibrant, hand-poured resin. Each artwork is a celebration of beauty and emotion, transformed into a tactile experience that leaps of surface.

Resin has given me a new way to explore depth-both visually and emotionally. It allows me to sculpt my imagination into reality and infuse each piece with a sense of movement, light and life. These works continue my mission of creating art that speaks to the soul, inspires curiosity an radiates joy.
